Methods of Obtaining Classroom Hours: Blended Learning includes classroom attendance, Livestream attendance, and online self-paced hours. Methods may be sole and separate or in combination.
Learning methods include synchronous (live) and asynchronous (self-paced online) attendance.
This course discusses ownership, property rights, appraisal, financing, relationships with clients and customers, disclosure, contracts, management, transfer of title, the practice of real estate, basic calculations, and Mississippi License Law.
