Every instructor is required to obtain the GOLD STANDARD INSTRUCTOR (GSI) designation from the National Real Estate Educators Association (REEA) before they are scheduled to teach.

During their tenure at the Real Estate Training Institute, our instructors are required to take the advance real estate instructor course called, Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) Designation course. The DREI Recognition is the highest honor bestowed upon a Real Estate Professional Instructor. There are less than 80 such instructors in the United States and Canada. The DREI is held by mostly attorneys, Real Estate Commissioners, and Real Estate School Owners.
