The Appraisal Pre License Course includes 150 hours of instruction, satisfying the Mississippi state requirement for an Appraiser's license, as well as the 15 hours of USPAP. Students will be provided the Text, Booklet, CD and any necessary materials to assist them in passing the state examination.
